Our Portable Sawmill is designed for hobby sawyers looking for an economical solution to mill lumber. The machine can cut max 5 feet (150cm) diameter logs, producing boards up to 5 feet (150cm) wide and up to 32 feet (1000cm) in length. Constructed using a 4-post head design with a tubular back beam that provides the ultimate rigidity, ensuring smooth and accurate cuts. The head moves up and down along galvanized steel posts via an easy to turn hand crank system. Powered by a reliable motor or gas engine. The machine is loaded with new and innovative features like the blade lubricant system that activates when the throttle is engaged and the sharp blade system for quick and tool-less blade changes. 1. PRECISION CUTTING
The equipment can cut logs with a diameter of 150cm. Use the standard track configuration to cut logs 3.4 meters long, or use the optional extension track to unlock unlimited potential. It can also cut veneer as thin as 1/9 inch (3mm). The device can cut within 1 "(30mm) to ensure maximum effectiveness.
2. EFFICIENT POWER
The machine is equipped with copper motor, which can be of manual, semi-automatic and automatic types. It can replace the first-class gasoline engine or diesel engine made in China. You can also configure imported Kohler gasoline engine according to your needs.
3. RIGID TRACK SYSTEM
Our sawmill head runs along the high-strength "L" shaped track, and the track is cross supported by beams. These cross supports ensure that the weight of the log is distributed on a larger bearing surface to avoid indentation on the log and provide additional strength to the track system. The track system has an easy to operate screw type log clamp that is used to firmly hold logs while cutting. Lengthened rails can be customized to accommodate any length of wood. There are leveling legs under the track, which can adjust the height of 4 inches (10cm).
4. OPERATION
The throttle handle engages the engine RPM. It is quick and efficient to cut wood and it is so easy to operate this machine.
5. THIN and strong BLADES
The minimum size of the saw blade is only 0.035" (0.9 mm) to maximize the amount of wood per log. It is welded and processed with excellent materials, and cemented carbide is inlaid between the teeth. It is more sharp and wear-resistant when cutting. The gap between the products is small, and the products are cut neatly. The service life of the products is more than 10 times longer than that of ordinary saw blades. It reduces the time for changing the saw blades and reduces the cost.
